Definitions
“the Company” – Refers to Falcon Mobility Pte. Ltd.
“the Customer” – Refers to the customer that has bought the item from Falcon Mobility Pte. Ltd. through this website.
“the Product” – Refers to the item purchased from the Company
All purchases from this website will be governed by the Terms and Conditions listed below. By paying for the purchase, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
- Falcon Mobility Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any damage done to any property or injury to the Customer or other persons due to accident, misuse or malfunction of the Product.
- The Company’s only responsibility will be to restore Product that has malfunctioned due to manufacturing defects, within the specified warranty period, and subject to the limitations of its warranty policy. The Company will under no circumstances be held liable for compensation for any kind for injury to any persons or damage to any property.
Shipping
- Once an order has been placed, the Customer can expect to receive the item within 5 – 7 working days. However, this is subject to:
a. Delays due to Customs clearance
b. Public Holidays in Singapore and Malaysia - Malaysia import taxes are payable by the Customer and not included in our shipping cost. This will be collected by the freight forwarder prior to delivery.
- For purchase of mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs, the item will be shipped in original factory packaging. The Customer will be required to unbox the product and perform some simple assembly of the various items, such as the battery pack, seat and basket.
- For purchase of batteries, please refer to the Instruction Manual provided with the Equipment that you purchased to replace the batteries. The Company will only ship the batteries to the Customer, but will not provide installation service.
Order Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled and refunded before the goods are delivered. For the amount of refund that can be given, please refer to the table below:
Order Status Amount of Refund Order placed, but not yet shipped. 100% Order shipped, but not yet delivered (in transit) 100%, less any applicable shipping charges to and from our warehouse. Order shipped and delivered. 0%. No refund is possible at this stage.
- Goods once delivered are not Refundable, or Exchangeable for other items.
- If the goods received are damaged or defective, please refer to the relevant “Warranty” section related to the item you purchased:
Warranty – Motorised Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters
- Warranty for items sold on this website, if provided, will be on CARRY-IN basis, to our Service Centre in Singapore. Alternatively, we can provide the parts needed to fix the product, but the Customer must pay for shipping and provide own labour to replace the parts.
- Warranty period for mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs is 1 year for the metal frame, electronics and transaxle/gearbox, and 6 months for the batteries. All other components are considered wear-and-tear and not covered under warranty.

Wear-and-tear components not covered under warranty include:
a. Seat upholstery
b. Armpads
c. Tyres
d. Paintwork
e. Rust on metal parts
f. Handgrips (Scooters only)
g. Baskets (Scooters only)
h. Plastic covers (Scooters only)
i. Accessories
j. Any other component not stated in point (2) above.
- In order for a battery warranty claim to be valid, its capacity must fall below 60% of its rated capacity within 6 months of purchase.
- An increase in operating noise from the transaxle/gearbox DOES NOT constitute a failure. With wear and tear, an increase in operational noise is to be expected. Warranty does not apply in such situations.

Warranty will be VOIDED if;
a. The Product has been modified without prior approval from The Company.
b. Break down is due to accident, exposure to heavy rain, or improper use of the Equipment.
c. Batteries have not been charged according to manufacturer instructions.
Warranty – Manual Wheelchairs and Rollators
- Warranty for items sold on this website, if provided, will be on CARRY-IN basis, to our Service Centre in Klang Valley. Address will be provided when the service appointment is being scheduled. Transportation will not be provided.
- Warranty period for manual wheelchairs and rollators is 1 year for the metal frame only. All other components are considered wear-and-tear and not covered under warranty.

Wear-and-tear components not covered under warranty include:
a. Seat upholstery
b. Armpads
c. Tyres
d. Paintwork
e. Rust on metal parts
f. Carry Bags (Travelite only)
g. Baskets or Shopping Bags (Rollators only)
h. Seat Cushion (Rollators only)
i. Any other component not stated in point (2) above.

Warranty will be VOIDED if;
a. The Product has been modified without prior approval from The Company.
b. Break down is due to accident, or improper use of the Equipment.
Warranty – Portable Wheelchair Ramps

Warranty for items sold on this website, if provided, will be on CARRY-IN basis, to our Service Centre in Singapore. Alternatively, we can provide the parts needed to fix the product, but the Customer must pay for shipping and provide own labour to replace the parts.
- Warranty period for portable wheelchair ramps is 1 year against breakage of the ramp only. All other components are considered wear-and-tear and not covered under warranty.

Wear-and-tear components not covered under warranty include:
a. Carry Handles
b. Anti-slip surfaces
c. Warning tapes
d. Rust on nuts, bolts and screws
e. Any other component not stated in point (2) above.

Warranty will be VOIDED if;
a. The ramp is used to handle loads above its rated weight capacity.
b. Break down is due to accident, or improper use of the ramp.
Warranty – Batteries and Chargers

Warranty for items sold on this website, if provided, will be on CARRY-IN basis, to our Service Centre in Singapore. Alternatively, we can provide the parts needed to fix the product, but the Customer must pay for shipping and provide own labour to replace the parts.
- Warranty period for batteries and chargers is 6 months from the date of purchase.
- In order for a battery warranty claim to be valid, its capacity must fall below 60% of its rated capacity within 6 months of purchase.

Warranty will be VOIDED if;
a. Batteries have not been charged according to manufacturer instructions.
b. Break down is due to accident, exposure to heavy rain, or improper use of the batteries or charger.
